Thoughts on Time
May 2022
AIMS Creative have taken part in the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2022 by hosting an online film screening and discussion. The film we created explores the languages we use, with our words, voices, faces and bodies.
Working across in person and online, we have been finding new ways to gather and communicate through film media. You can watch our film down below.
Communication goes both ways, and we want to both communicate with our audiences and encourage spaces for audiences to communicate with us.
We decided to facilitate a philosophical discussion event with the public, using our film as a stimulus. During the event, we generated questions, unravelled ideas and invited people to respond to our video work. The conversations centred around our experiences of time: is time different for each person? The collages below reflect our ideas.

How do you perceive time?
